Islamabad (31 July 2025): If your Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) monthly payment is being cut or reduced, there is an easy way to file a complaint about it.
The Benazir Income Support Program is made to help poor and needy people with financial support. Registered citizens receive monthly payments, but some people have reported that their payment gets deducted.

In this article, we’ll explain step-by-step how to file a complaint if your BISP payment has been reduced.
Important Instructions Before Filing the Complaint:
Before you file a complaint, don’t forget to take your CNIC (ID card number) and mobile number with you to the BISP Tehsil Office.
If you cannot fill the complaint form yourself, you can ask the office staff for help.
How to File a Complaint:
- Visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office
- Tell the Assistant Director or another officer about the deduction in your monthly payment
- Ask for a Complaint Form for Deduction
- Write your name, CNIC number, mobile number, location where you collected the money, and details of the deduction on the form
- Your complaint will be checked and verified
- If your complaint is found true, legal action will be taken against the agent who deducted your money
- After the process is completed, the deducted amount will be returned to you

The Benazir Income Support Program is a social safety program that was started in 2008 to help poor and deserving families with financial support.
Its main goal is to improve the financial condition of poor households and help them come out of poverty. The program is named after former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
