April 5, 2025 — The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) informed that the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will be held from April 11 to May 18, 2025. The event opener will be the same too as the last time; the leading champions Islamabad United versus Lahore Qalandars at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on April 11.

PSL 2025 Venues and Match Distribution:

• Lahore – Gaddafi Stadium: A total of 13 matches, among them the championship on May 18, and two eliminators on May 14 and 16. ​
• Rawalpindi –Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium: The number is 11 for the games hosted: including opener & the qualifier on May 13. ​
• Karachi –National Stadium: Here comes the baton of 5 matches in Karachi hands on April 12, which represent the Karachians against Multan Sultans.
• Multan – Multan Cricket Stadium: 5 matches will be played there.

The event consists 34 matches scheduled over 38 days. It is interesting  that the schedule of the current season joining with the Indian Premier League (IPL) matches from April 12- May 25. ​

Fans have the opportunity to witness complete cricketing action as the teams play across all these venues, eventually leading to the grand event at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

PSL 2025 season is all set to bring the cricket enthusiasts a total of 34 games, with the 10th edition spread across four venues in Lahore, Karachi, Multan, and Rawalpindi. Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium is the venue for the final, while Rawalpindi will be the host of the first match on April 11. Not only are the matches planned during Ramadan and IPL, but the fans can also expect overflowing venues and, possibly, overwhelming clashes. Also, innovations, more friendly facilities, and special fan participation programs are being introduced this season. The PCB mainly focuses on the upgrade of security and more varied ticketing packages, which altogether will make the event more enjoyable for the attendees at every site.
