PTI Protests Loudly as Budget Presented in the Senate

A new budget has been presented in the Senate, and it didn’t go smoothly. The moment it was introduced, PTI members stood up and began loud protests. People watching the session could clearly see the tension rising as political drama unfolded in the house, Reported by Save our Pak News Channal.

On June 10, 2025, Federal Finance Minister officially presented the 2025-26 budget in the Senate. But right when the budget was announced, members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) began shouting slogans. They chanted “Budget rejected” and “Form 47’s budget rejected,” showing their clear opposition.

Because of the noisy protest, the session turned chaotic. However, the Senate Chairman took charge of the situation. He gave the Finance Committee a strict timeline and asked them to review the budget and send back their recommendations within 3 days.

The committee now has until June 20 to submit their suggestions to the Senate. Once the session was over, the Senate Chairman adjourned the meeting and said the next session would be held on Friday morning at 10:30 AM.
