(July 25, 2025): Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) has made it easy for citizens to download property registry documents online from the comfort of their homes, as Reported By Save Our Pak News Channel on Friday.
PLRA has taken a big step towards digital land administration by allowing citizens to download scanned registry documents through the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) platform.
This decision is part of the Punjab Government’s major land reforms plan. The goal is to make land-related matters more transparent, efficient, and simple for everyone.
To make access to land record rooms smooth and digital, the provincial government has launched the ROD (Record of Deeds) portal.
How to Download Your Registry?
The main purpose of this new system is to give people online access to scanned registry documents. This means no more long queues or repeated visits to offices.
Now, citizens across Punjab can view and download scanned copies of registries from all Sub-Registrar offices by visiting https://rod.pulse.gop.pk.
This new system is expected to free PLRA from the old paper-based record rooms and provide a user-friendly and transparent solution for property documents.
