The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia has shared important advice for people coming for Umrah. The ministry said that due to the hot summer weather, all visitors should follow safety tips to stay healthy and spend more time in worship without problems, as Reported By Save Our Pak News Channel on Friday.
According to Saudi news sources, the ministry explained that the health of Umrah pilgrims is a top priority. That’s why everyone should follow the official health instructions strictly to avoid any kind of trouble during their trip.
Reports say that the ministry warned pilgrims about the extreme heat these days. Visitors are advised to avoid going out directly in the sun during noon time. It is better to use an umbrella when stepping out of their place of stay.
Following the health guidelines, the ministry also recommended that pilgrims drink enough water to avoid dehydration. Staying hydrated is very important in this hot weather to keep the body healthy and active.
On the other hand, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has also made the rules stricter for getting a new Umrah visa.
The ministry announced that people who want to apply for an Umrah visa must have their accommodation booking confirmed through the “Nusuk Path” digital platform. Without this step, no visa will be issued.
According to Arab media, this new policy requires all Umrah service providers, travel companies, and international agents to arrange pilgrim stays only in hotels that are licensed by the Ministry of Tourism. Full details of the booking must be uploaded to the Nusuk platform.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah made it clear that any company or service provider that fails to follow these rules may face visa delays or fines. This rule has been officially active since June 10, 2025.
