Rawalpindi: Pakistan Army spokesperson Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that the world has only seen a small part of Pakistan’s real strength during “Marka-e-Haq.” He warned that Pakistan is fully prepared for any challenge and said no enemy can damage the country.
During a press conference, DG ISPR spoke alongside Deputy Chief of Naval Staff Rear Admiral Shafaat Ali Khan and Deputy Chief of Air Staff Air Vice Marshal Tariq Mahmood Ghazi.
He congratulated the nation on completing one year of “Marka-e-Haq” and said that Pakistan’s armed forces defeated a much larger enemy by following the vision of the country’s military and political leadership. He added that the armed forces successfully met the expectations of the nation.
Indian Narrative and False Flag Claims
DG ISPR said India has tried for years to create a false image against Pakistan by linking it with terrorism. However, he claimed that all such “false flag operations” failed badly.
He questioned how an FIR related to the Pahalgam incident was registered within just 15 minutes. He also asked how attackers managed to travel deep inside the area if Indian forces were truly alert.
According to him, many people around the world still ask where the evidence is. He said even Indian citizens are raising questions about the incident, but India has failed to provide proper answers.
Pakistan Showed Patience
The military spokesperson said the whole world saw Pakistan acting responsibly during tensions with India. He said Pakistan showed patience despite Indian aggression because it wanted regional peace and stability.
However, he added that when Pakistan responded, the reply was strong enough that even Indian citizens remember it clearly today.
Criticism of Indian Military Leadership
DG ISPR criticized India’s military and political leadership. He claimed that professional military institutions in India are becoming politicized.
He mocked a statement by the Indian Air Chief and said it was surprising that months later, officials were still making unclear claims about shooting down aircraft.
He also accused Indian politicians of acting more like war supporters than responsible leaders. According to him, India is hiding behind slogans such as Hindutva and Akhand Bharat.
Kashmir Is Not India’s Internal Matter
The spokesperson clearly stated that Jammu and Kashmir is not India’s internal issue. He said it is an internationally recognized dispute with existing United Nations resolutions.
He accused India of using different groups and tactics to hide its failures and spread instability in the region.
Mocking Indian Media
DG ISPR also criticized Indian media for spreading false information. He joked about reports claiming there was a port in Lahore, saying even Pakistan Navy officials were surprised and asked where such a port existed.
He advised Indian media and officials to stop misleading their public and accept reality.
Modern Warfare Has Changed
Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry explained that modern warfare is no longer limited to borders or the Line of Control. He said conflicts now include cyber warfare, information warfare, and battles in digital spaces.
He added that Pakistan is fully ready to respond to every kind of threat at every level.
Pakistan Ready Against Every Threat
The army spokesperson said Pakistan knows how to protect itself and will never allow anyone to threaten national security.
He stated that whether attacks are direct or through proxy groups, Pakistan will continue to respond strongly.
Nuclear Powers and War Warning
Talking about nuclear tensions, DG ISPR said anyone thinking a “small war” between two nuclear powers is possible is living in a fantasy.
He said Pakistan has only shown a small glimpse of its capabilities and no one should doubt the country’s determination.
Unity of Pakistan
He also said the entire world can now see Pakistan’s growing diplomatic and military importance. According to him, people across the country — from Peshawar to Gwadar — stand united with their armed forces and leadership.
Terrorism and Regional Security
DG ISPR claimed that after India’s defeat in “Marka-e-Haq,” attacks by militant groups increased. He said Pakistan launched “Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq” in response, during which more than 1,800 terrorists were killed.
He also accused India of using Afghan territory to support terrorism against Pakistan. According to him, Pakistan repeatedly informed Afghan authorities about these activities.
The spokesperson said Pakistan is targeting militant hideouts and will continue operations to eliminate threats to national security.
