- A statement that the information written in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright whose rights have been violated.

If You Think a Mistake Was Made
If your content was taken down and you believe it was a mistake, you have the right to send a counter-notice. Just include:
- Yourdata that is required (Name,contactable phone number,accurate physical address, and email address)
- The link or info about what was removed
- A short explanation of why you think it should not have been removed
- A statement that you agree to resolve the matter through legal channels if needed
- Your signature (Electronic/Physical)
