President Asif Ali Zardari met Austria’s outgoing ambassador Andrea Wicke at the President House for a farewell meeting. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi was also present on this occasion, as Reported By Save Our Pak News Channel on Wednesday.
The President praised Ambassador Andrea Wicke for her efforts in improving relations between Pakistan and Austria. He said Pakistan values its relationship with Austria and stressed that both countries need to increase trade and economic cooperation even more.
Asif Ali Zardari mentioned that Austrian investors can take advantage of opportunities in Pakistan’s tourism sector. He also said Pakistan can benefit from Austria’s experience in alpine tourism. In addition, Austrian companies can use the services of Pakistan’s skilled IT experts.
The President also sent good wishes to Austria’s President and congratulated Andrea Wicke for completing her responsibilities successfully.
