Rawalpindi: Security forces have killed 22 more terrorists during ongoing operations in Balochistan, raising the total number of terrorists eliminated over the past three days to 177.
According to details, security forces are continuing large-scale operations against terrorist elements in different areas of Balochistan.
Security sources said that 22 terrorists were neutralized during recent operations carried out in the region.
Sources added that the terrorists belonged to the group known as Fitna-e-Hindustan. They were targeted at their hideouts during a pursuit operation conducted late last night. The actions were based on confirmed intelligence, causing heavy losses to the militants.
Security officials confirmed that the total number of terrorists killed over the last three days has now reached 177. The crackdown against Fitna-e-Hindustan terrorists and their facilitators has been further intensified across Balochistan.
Sources also reported that more losses among terrorists and their supporters are being received, while security forces continue clearance operations in the affected areas to ensure lasting peace.
