Islamabad: The government has increased the prices of petroleum products, which will take effect from October 1 for the next 15 days, according to the official notification.
After the latest increase in petroleum prices, petrol has gone up by 4 rupees 7 paisa per liter, bringing the new price to 268 rupees and 68 paisa per liter.
According to the notification, the price of diesel has been increased by 4 rupees 4 paisa per liter, and now the new price will be 276 rupees and 81 paisa per liter.
The Finance Ministry said that the new prices of petroleum products will apply from October 1 and will remain in effect for the next 15 days.
