The release of YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, has been delayed at Camp Jail.
According to ARY News, his lawyer said that the court’s working hours ended before the release order (robkar) could be issued. The lawyer added that the release order will likely be issued by tomorrow, after which Ducky Bhai can be freed.
It is important to remember that yesterday, the Lahore High Court granted major relief to Ducky Bhai by approving his bail.
Justice Shahram Sarwar heard the bail request and accepted it, instructing him to submit surety bonds worth ten lakh rupees.
Lawyer Imran Raza Chadhar argued that the allegations mentioned in the FIR were baseless. He also mentioned that Ducky Bhai’s wife filed a case against FIA officials for demanding a bribe. Meanwhile, the co-accused in Ducky Bhai’s case have already been granted bail earlier.
