Actress and model Humaira Asghar’s body was found, and it turned out to be over six months old, as Reported By Save Our Pak News Channel on Thursday.
There has been an important update in the case of her body being found in her apartment. Police said there were no signs of fresh blood anywhere. The body was so old that even the joints of her knees had started to decay.
She had not even paid her electricity bill. K-Electric had cut off her power supply at the end of October 2024 due to non-payment.
The cause of Humaira Asghar’s death is still unknown. Her last rent payment was made in May 2024.
The female medico-legal officer has prepared an initial report regarding the case.
The flat in Defence Phase 6 has been unsealed now. Police conducted a full search of the apartment. Food items found in the fridge had expiration dates up to October 2024.
After searching the flat completely, the police team left the place.
It is important to note that the body was found only when a team arrived at Humaira Asghar’s home following a court order. When she didn’t answer the door, the team broke it open and found her body inside.
It’s worth mentioning that Humaira Asghar appeared in ARY Digital’s reality show “Tamasha” back in 2022.
