Early this morning, Iran launched its 10th major attack on Israel. During the attack, missiles rained down on Tel Aviv and Haifa, causing panic across several cities. Sirens were heard everywhere, and a high alert was issued across the country reported by Save Our Pak channel.
According to news agencies, late at night, Iran fired multiple ballistic missiles and drones toward Tel Aviv and Haifa. In these attacks, three Israeli citizens were killed and dozens more got injured. The loud explosions shook Tel Aviv, and people were seen running in fear.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu advised people to move into bunkers immediately and not to leave their homes unless necessary. The Iranian attack came as a response to Israel’s bombing of the Iranian state TV building in Tehran.
Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the Israeli bombing showed “panic and moral failure.” The attack on the TV channel led to the death of a female staff member, who could not survive her injuries. This caused a wave of anger among the Iranian public.
The bombing happened while the channel was airing a live broadcast. Parts of the ceiling collapsed onto the studio, and thick smoke filled the room. The anchor had to run away during the broadcast. After a short break, the TV resumed its programming.
Iranian journalist Younes Shadlou, who was present, described the moment and called out Israel’s aggression. He shared what he saw with powerful words that exposed the attack.
In response, Iran’s Supreme National Security Council announced, “Tonight will turn into day for Israel.” After this, Iranian forces launched dozens of missiles toward Haifa and other Israeli areas.
On the other hand, the Israeli military defended its actions, claiming the Iranian TV building was actually being used by the Iranian army. However, global observers called this excuse ‘childish’ and baseless.
