Ishaq Dar Meets U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Discusses Key Issues

Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar held an important meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, as Reported By Save Our Pak News Channel on Saturday.

When Ishaq Dar reached the U.S. State Department, officials welcomed him warmly. Pakistan’s Ambassador Rizwan Saeed was also present at the meeting.

The meeting took place at the delegation level, and senior officials from both sides attended. They discussed Pakistan-U.S. relations and cooperation in different areas.

Talks were held on promoting bilateral trade and economic ties, increasing investment, and working together in other fields. They also discussed counter-terrorism efforts and regional peace.

Ishaq Dar praised President Trump and U.S. leadership for their efforts to promote global peace.

He said that President Trump’s role in reducing tension between Pakistan and India is commendable. Pakistan wants stronger and more stable relations with the United States and hopes for positive progress in the ongoing trade dialogue between the two countries.

The Deputy Prime Minister added that Pakistan is an attractive destination for U.S. businesses and investors. Both countries share common views and interests for regional peace. He also highlighted that the Pakistani community in the U.S. acts as a bridge between the two nations.

On the other hand, the U.S. Secretary acknowledged Pakistan’s sacrifices in the fight against terrorism and said that Pakistan has always played a positive role for global and regional peace.

Both Ishaq Dar and Marco Rubio agreed to work together to strengthen bilateral ties and build closer relations.
