US media has claimed that Israel could launch an attack on Iran at any moment. According to reports, Israeli officials have already informed the US in advance about this possible strike, Reported by Save Our Pak News Channel on Thursday.
The US media says that Iran might respond by attacking American bases located in Iraq. Because of the rising tension, the US has decided to pull out some of its diplomats and military personnel from the Middle East. A travel advisory has also been issued for American citizens to leave the region as soon as possible.
Officials say that staff is being called back from Iraq, Bahrain, and Kuwait. General Michael Kurilla, the head of US Central Command (CENTCOM), has canceled his briefing due to the ongoing tension in the region.
Reports also mention that Israel has made it clear they are fully prepared for a large operation inside Iran. If Israel goes forward with this plan, Iran may retaliate by launching attacks on American sites in Iraq.
Because of this, the US has told some of its citizens in the Middle East to leave immediately. The Pentagon has also given military families the option to voluntarily leave the region.
Meanwhile, Iran’s Defense Minister has warned that if war is forced on them, Iran will respond with full power. He said the enemy will suffer much more damage in return. Iran also says it has the ability to target all American military bases in the region.
At the same time, tensions remain high between Iran and the US over uranium enrichment. The sixth round of nuclear deal talks is expected to take place on Sunday in Muscat.
