Karachi, Get Ready More Rain Predicted by the Weather Department

Today, the sky in Karachi is mostly cloudy, which has made the weather quite pleasant. Light rain (drizzle) is falling in different parts of the city from time to time, as Reported By Save Our Pak News Channel On Thursday.

According to the Weather Department, monsoon winds have now entered southeastern areas of Sindh. Light to moderate rain is expected in Tharparkar, Nagarparkar, Mithi, and nearby areas till July 5.

They also said that during this time, Karachi may receive light rain and drizzle. However, from July 8 to July 11, the city could see heavier rainfall.

Clouds are covering the city, and due to light showers in some areas, the weather feels nice. But in a few places, it still feels humid. The humidity level in the air is around 75%.

In Islamabad, the weather is expected to stay partly cloudy with chances of strong winds, thunder, and rainfall. Some areas might also get heavy rain. The maximum temperature in Islamabad today could reach 33°C.

In the last 24 hours, the highest rainfall was recorded in Murree with 48 mm. Islamabad Airport saw 29 mm, while in Rawalpindi, Chaklala got 21 mm, Pirwadhai 8 mm, and Attock received 14 mm of rain.

Many districts in Punjab are expected to get rain along with thunder and strong winds. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, rainfall was recorded in different areas Takhte Bhai received 38 mm, and Kakul had 17 mm.

In Kashmir, there was also rain with thunder. Muzaffarabad received 13 mm of rain. In Balochistan’s Zhob, 18 mm of rain was recorded, and in Astore (Gilgit-Baltistan), 6 mm of rainfall was noted.
