The results of the annual matriculation exams have been officially announced in Quetta. According to the announcement, the overall pass percentage this year is 68.10%, as Reported By Save Our Pak News Channel on Tuesday.
As per the details, the results were released in Balochistan’s capital, Quetta. The official announcement was made by Board Chairman Muhammad Ishaq.
He shared that Aftab Alam, a student of Balochistan Residential College, secured the first position by scoring 1051 marks.
Chairman Muhammad Ishaq also stated that Muhammad Hashir came in second with 1043 marks, while Muhammad Tufail and Saqib Ali jointly took the third position with 1038 marks each.
This year, a total of 148,114 students appeared in the matric exams. Out of these, 108,870 students passed, resulting in a total success rate of 68.10%.
In the 9th grade, 69,275 students appeared in the exams, of which 32,067 passed. This means the pass percentage for 9th grade was 46.29%.
Meanwhile, in the 10th grade, 78,839 students appeared and 68,803 were declared successful, bringing the success rate for 10th grade to an impressive 87.27%.
