During the 272nd Corps Commanders Conference held under the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, it was clearly stated that any act of Indian aggression will be met with a strong, fast, and decisive response.
The conference participants expressed deep concern over the recent irresponsible and provocative statements made by Indian leaders. They said that India’s war-driven mindset and aggression are putting the region’s peace and stability at serious risk.
The commanders also discussed how terror networks supported by India, including Fitna Al-Khawarij and Fitna Al-Hindustan, will be completely eliminated.
According to the ISPR, prayers were offered for the soldiers who were martyred in recent attacks carried out by Indian-backed terrorists. The Army Chief appreciated the Pakistan Army’s efforts in fighting terrorism and also praised their role in helping people during the recent floods.
The conference also reviewed the country’s anti-terrorism operations, emerging threats, and overall operational readiness. The participants made it clear that the link between terrorism, crime, and political support will no longer be tolerated.
Moreover, the ISPR stated that the forum welcomed the historic strategic defense agreement between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. The commanders said this agreement would strengthen joint defense, multi-domain cooperation, and promote regional peace and security.
The forum also reaffirmed Pakistan’s firm support for the right of self-determination in Kashmir and once again expressed full backing for the two-state solution for Palestine.
Field Marshal Asim Munir instructed all commanders to maintain high operational readiness, discipline, physical fitness, and professional standards, saying that the Pakistan Army is fully prepared to face any kind of threat.
