Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that Pakistan is not behind any country when it comes to tourism. He added that Pakistan will soon be among the top tourist spots in the world, as Reported By Save Our Pak News Channel On Monday.
While speaking during a meeting on tourism in the country, the Prime Minister said that Pakistan has a huge potential to earn foreign exchange through tourism. He said that Allah has blessed Pakistan with natural beauty and rich resources. That’s why Pakistan should be introduced internationally as a tourism brand.
PM Shehbaz directed the Pakistan Tourism Development Authority to take practical steps for improving the tourism sector. He also said that all provinces should work together to support tourism across the country. He added that special tourism zones should be created to make this sector grow even more.
He further said that both the public and private sectors should work together to make it easier for international tourists to visit Pakistan. For local tourists, there should be more facilities and fun places to enjoy. He also asked for long-term planning to bring regular investment into the tourism sector.
