A private airline made a big mistake by sending a passenger from Lahore to Jeddah, even though his flight was supposed to go to Karachi, as Reported By Save Our Pak News Channel on Friday.
The Pakistan Airport Authority has taken notice of this incident. The Lahore Airport Manager blamed the private airline for this carelessness.
The airport manager said that sending a Karachi-bound passenger to Jeddah shows the airline’s poor management and negligence. He also said that a request for action against the airline has been sent to the authorities.
The passenger who was affected said there were two planes standing at the same time for domestic flights. After boarding, he even showed his ticket to the air hostess. He believes it was her duty to tell him that he had entered the wrong plane. He also added that he didn’t even have a passport or visa with him.
According to the passenger, after two hours, he asked why the plane hadn’t reached Karachi yet. Hearing this, the whole airline crew became worried. They told him it was his mistake. When he complained, they still blamed him.
The passenger said he requested to be sent to Karachi, but the staff told him it would take two or three days. He was also told that FIA (Federal Investigation Agency) would do an inquiry. He said he fully cooperated with them.
