Super Moon to Light Up Pakistan’s Sky Tonight

Karachi (October 7, 2025): People in Pakistan will be able to enjoy a beautiful view of the Super Moon tonight.

According to the Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO), there will be a total of three Super Moons in 2025, and this will be the first one. The next two Super Moons will appear on November 5 and December 5.

A Super Moon looks around 14% bigger and 30% brighter than a normal full moon. In Pakistan, it will be visible tonight at 8:47 PM.

It will be about 224,599 miles away from Earth, which will make it appear 6.6% larger and 13% brighter than an average full moon.
